Hall Hire
St Columba’s Church is on a single level, with disabled access and toilet facilities. We can offer a number of different areas within the building. Our flexible facilities are available for daytime and evening bookings and can accommodate a range of activities such as conferences, children’s clubs, concerts, meetings and community groups.
The Sanctuary
The sanctuary is where we meet each Sunday. This is our largest area and is multi-purpose so that other events such as conferences and groups can meet here too. There is capacity to seat 150 people. As well as being a comfortable and welcoming place for Christian worship, it can be used by groups in the community during the week.
Church Hall
Our church hall is a multi-purpose space which can function as one large space or be divided into two to create a more intimate space, ideal for smaller groups. We take regular bookings as well as or one off events. It is popular with local community groups, so please give us plenty of notice to confirm your required date.
The Chapel
The chapel area provides a smaller, more intimate space for groups and meetings of less than 20 people.
The Café area
The Café is at the heart of the building and is a large, welcoming space. There are several café tables and chairs together with some soft seating and access to the kitchen which can be available for use as part of any hire.
